Trip to the French Riviera

During our Winter Vacance, we decided to take Grammy and PopPop to the French Riviera. We based ourselves out of Nice and then explored the Riviera from there. We had a great time! We enjoyed lots of beaches and sunshine. Throw a Carnival parade or two in there and you've got a successful vacation.

Carnival in Nice

On our first full day in Nice, we had tickets to see the Carnival Parade. We decided to go down early and wander around the Old Town and see the beach before the parade started. We had a great time exploring the area and then had a blast at Carnival. Too bad the weather wasn't very cooperative, but it was fun none the less.
