Our Memorial Day

Today we spent together as a family. After having Abrahm gone last year, we really treasure these wonderful family times. We took the boys to Pioneer Park and had a picnic lunch. We played on the slides and swings and took a train ride. We all had a great time. Tonight we grilled out and made homemade ice cream. The evening ended with the boys first experience with a sprinkler.

Please keep those families who have lost loved ones protecting our freedom in your hearts and prayers not only today, but everyday. Their sacrifices should never be taken for granted. God bless them.

Tonight we turned on the sprinkler and let the boys play. Alden wasn't too impressed and stayed out of the way most of the time. Adam loved it. He didn't get in the middle and get soaked, but he enjoyed running and getting "rained" on.
