Our offer was accepted

Abrahm has been in Tennessee house hunting this weekend. Here is the house we put an offer on. It was accepted today. It's a great 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. It's got a huge fenced in backyard. It needs to be repainted, but other than that it's in great shape. So say a prayer all the inspections and appraisals go smoothly.

Happy 1 Month Birthday Adalee!

I can't believe Adalee is 1 month already. I took her to the doctor yesterday for her 1 month appointment. She is now 22 inches long and weighs 10 pounds 15 ounces. She is in the 95 percentile for weight and height. The doctor said she looked great and was actually doing things a little early. She can really hold up her head and is trying to put weight on her feet already. She is starting to "talk" to us as well. She had her first smiles yesterday too! She is a very good baby except when she's hungry or tired. She fights sleep a little, but once she goes to sleep, she stays asleep. She only gets up once at night. She usually goes to bed around 8:30 and wakes between 3:00 and 4:00 to eat. Then she goes back down for 4 more hours. Her brothers still adore her. They love to give her kisses and play pat-a-cake with her feet. They are big helpers as well. I can't wait to see how she changes and grows in the next month!

Our First Family Photo Shoot

For Mothers' Day we wanted to do a photo collage of all three kids in their overalls. Once we decided what we wanted to do, it rained for a week straight! Finally we got a break in the weather, so we got all three dressed and headed out to the duck pond on post. It was a long and arduous process, but we were quite pleased with the results. So now that the moms have received their pictures, I can post them on the blog. Enjoy!


Success at Last!

As we were finishing up the family picture, these 3 ducks came up to the kids. So we had to take a break from our "photo shoot" to feed the ducks.
