Time sure goes slowly when you're doing nothing! Well doing nothing is probably not exactly correct, but doing nothing fun sure is. We have all officially had the tummy bug now. Glad that's over with. Adam got the yuckies yesterday afternoon. He seems pretty good this evening. He even helped me take apart and put back together Alden's crib. Hopefully we get out of the house tomorrow. We're all going a little stir crazy!!! The toys are everywhere and we've watched more TV than I care to admit, but we're hopefully recovered and ready to create more havoc. Seems like the tummy bug is going around. Even some friends of ours in Washington have it.
Other than upset tummys, not much else happening. I do want to say a special thank you to everyone who has helped us out. Mrs. Suzanne made the first grocery run for us and took all my presents and supplies to two baby showers I missed. Mr. Ross and Mrs. Rachel made the second grocery run and cleaned our big blanket that Adam threw up on (they own a laundromat). Tricia and her boys brought us movies, soup, and fun things to play with (she even brought me flowers). I have such wonderful friends who really are there for us when the times get bad (and they were pretty bad). Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I actually spoke with Abrahm today. So nice to hear his voice. Things are starting for redeployment. Still praying for a boat and an airplane, but hopefully things work out and he'll be home in time for Christmas. Please continue to pray for their safety. They have just a few days left of missions and then the flight to Kuwait. Please pray they stay safe and reach their desintations without incident. We're so close :) I'll keep you updated as we know more.
